Early bird registration is $400 if received by June 1, 2011
Regular registration $425, and must be received by June 13, 2011
Competition: Open Division: B, C, D Women's Div.: A/B, C & D

Instructions:

  • Fill out this Team Registration and Roster Form. You will receive a copy via email.
  • Team ratings will be based on the 2010 ratings.
  • OPEN DIVISION WILL FILL OUT A 27 QUESTION RATING SHEET FOR YOUR TEAM.
  • Make Cashier's Check or Money Order payable to: LB/OC Surf & Sun Softball League
  • All teams MUST be ASA registered and provide their ASA card.
  • Send the completed Team Registration Form and Roster Form, and your payment to:
