Early bird registration is $400 if received by June 1, 2009
Regular registration $425, and must be received by June 15, 2009
Competition: Open Division: B, C, D Women's Div.: A, B, C, D

Instructions:

  • Fill out this Team Registration and Roster Form. You will receive a copy via email.
  • Make Cashier's Check or Money Order payable to: LB/OC Surf & Sun Softball League
  • All teams MUST be ASA registered and provide their ASA card.
  • Send the completed Team Registration Form and Roster Form, and your payment to:
