
NO BEER OR ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED TO BE CONSUMED BY PLAYERS, NOR SPECTATORS AT ALL FIELDS DURING TOURNAMENT.
Any player or spectator observed drinking or is deemed to be intoxicated will be ejected from game or tournament. Any team violating this rule shall be removed from tournament and forfeit all games.
Please have your team clean up any trash from your dugout following each game.
Players are required to have photo identification for proof of eligibility! Players must have participated in at least one double elimination game (prior to semi finals) to be eligible for championship play.

Women's Division Rules
*Managers packet will include game schedule, brackets, rules and line up cards
1. BATS: Only ASA approved bats are allowed.
*Please refer to ASA's most recent illegal bat list which will be strictly enforced.
2. Game time is forfeit time.
3. A team must begin and end with 9 players.
4. All Divisions may bat up to 12 using (2) EP's.
5. ALL GAMES will play with a 1:1 count (none to waste), no new inning shall begin after 50
minutes. No tie-breaker for pool play games.
6. All double elimination games will start with a 1:1 count (none to waste). No new inning shall
begin after 55 minutes. In case of a tie score, the International Tie-Breaker will be used. Tie-
Breaker rule: the last batter who completed a turn at bat of the previous inning shall be placed
on second base and game is continued with the next batter of the order for a complete inning.
7. Semi championship games (one from winner's bracket, one from loser's bracket) will start
with 1:1 count (none to waste). No new inning after 60 minutes.
8. Championship and IF games will start with 1:1 count (none to waste). 7 innings. Run Rule will
remain in effect.
9. Seeding: Once pool play is completed, teams will be seeded using ASA brackets for all
divisions.
Seeding will be determined from:
a. Win/Loss record
b. Head to head
c. Run differential
10. One courtesy runner per team will be allowed for only one player. The person needing a
courtesy runner must be declared prior to the submission of the line ups at the start of the
game and marked by an asterisk. If an injury occurs during the game beyond the one courtesy
runner, a runner will be allowed only with the approval of the opposing coach, otherwise a full
substitution will be required.
11. Uniforms must be of like-color with a minimum of a 6" number on back; no duplicate
numbers will be allowed. Any exceptions are at the discretion of the plate umpires
12. Home run rule: Home runs over the fence are not allowed in the D division. If this occurs,
player who hit the ball over fence is out and the ½ inning is over.
13. Run Rule: (20) runs ahead after 3 innings
(15) runs ahead after 4 innings
(10) runs ahead after 5 innings
14. Tournament Format:
This will be a double elimination tournament format with each team guaranteed a 4 game minimun.
15. Run spot: FOR A-B DIVISION ONLY
For the A-B Division ONLY, the A teams (Not Done Yet, Plan B & Urban Mo's) will spot the B team ( All In) (3) runs for double elimination games only. If the B team does not want the runs spot, this
must be stated PRIOR to the start of "each" double elimination game played to the opposing manager
and umpire.
16. Protests should be addressed by the team representative to the game umpire before the
next pitch or by the end of game. If unresolved, ask for the Field UIC and Tournament Official.
Teams should not leave field until UIC & Tournament Official have acknowledged protest and
have issued directives.
17. EJECTION: (ASA accordance): A player or coach removed from the game by the umpire,
usually for an unsportsmanlike act or conduct. A flagrant act will require the player or coach to
leave the grounds for the remainder of the game. A team may NOT continue to play
shorthanded. If no substitutes are available, the game is a forfeit. Any player or coach
discovered participating in the game would constitute a forfeit.
NOTE: If the umpire and/or designated tournament official(s) deems the unsports manlike act or
conduct as malicious, the ENTIRE team will not be allowed to participate in the remainder of the
tournament and the team must vacate the fields. All previous games played shall be valid; all
games afterwards shall be forfeits.
18. Late arriving players: ALL players must be registered by the end of play on Saturday, July 3rd. There will be no registration on Sunday, July 4th.
SPECIAL NOTE: NO ALCOHOL
There is NO alcohol consumption allowed at El Dorado, including the parking
lots. As a courtesy to our league's long standing relationship, PLEASE DO NOT BRING OR
CONSUME ALCOHOL at the field complex or in the parking lot. If a player/team is found to be
consuming alcohol at any time, this may affect player/team participation in the tournament.
