Liberty Classic 2012 June 30th - July 1st
Early bird registration is $400 if received by June 1, 2012
Regular registration $425, and must be received by June 15, 2012
Competition: Open Division: B, C & D
Instructions:
- Fill out and submit the Team Registration Form below. When you submit it, you will receive a confirmation via email.
- OPEN DIVISION: Download and fill out the Team Roster Form (right click and select 'Save Link As...') completely by listing all players and answering the 2011 NAGAAA Rating Guideline Questions for each player.
- PLEASE NOTE, THAT YOU WILL NOT BE OFFICIALLY REGISTERED FOR THE LIBERTY CLASSIC TOUNAMENT UNTIL ALL NECESSARY ITEMS ARE SUBMITTED.
- Email your completed Player Add/Drop Form to libertyclassicdir@yahoo.com ( Registration is Limited)
- Mail your team entry fee in the form of a cashier's check made out : LB/OC Surf & Sun Softball League
- Send the payment to: LB/OC Surf & Sun Softball League, PO Box 9526, Fountain Valley, CA 92728
- All teams must be ASA registered and send a copy of their card with their payment or show it at registration.
- You must register your team, email your team roster and send your payment in order to confirm your registration. You will receive confirmation via email when all of the steps are completed.
- Players may be added to your roster by submitting an additional Team Roster Form (right click and select 'Save Link As...').
