Liberty Classic 2012 June 30th - July 1st

Early bird registration is $400 if received by June 1, 2012
Regular registration $425, and must be received by June 13, 2012
Competition: Women's Division: C & D

Fill out this Team Registration and Roster Form. You will receive a copy via email.

Make Cashier's Check payable to: LB/OC Surf & Sun Softball League

All teams MUST be ASA registered and provide their ASA card.

Send the completed Team Registration Form and Roster Form, and your payment to:

PLEASE NOTE, THAT YOU WILL NOT BE OFFICIALLY REGISTERED FOR THE LIBERTY CLASSIC TOUNAMENT UNTIL ALL NECESSARY ITEMS ARE SUBMITTED.

You must have a valid picture ID when signing in at the field.
